Today, the Air Quality Health Index for Penticton (South Okanagan) was 10+.Today there was a lot of air pollution and everyone should have taken it easy.

Monday at Wiltse and it is a balmy 11 C and mostly cloudy. With the rain and wind over the weekend almost all of the snow is gone. It is another blue flag day here, but the grounds are wet and some areas have been closed off to play.
The air is good and we will encourage the kids to play outside because the air quality is good.

We have a blue flag day and it is considerably warmer – our sliding hill may not be open today. Currently it is 3 C and expected to be a high of 5 with some rain……. yuk! The expected snow came over night but was merely a trace.

Today is our first blue level 1! The air is goooood!! Currently 0 C and looks like a great day to be outside. Watch out for the wind chill factor. There is a chance of more snow…. making our sliding hill even better!

It is another blue flag day here at Wiltse Elementary; currently -2 c and mostly cloudy.

Today is our first day of the program and it is a cold crisp day with it being -4 to start the school day. Our blue flag looks awesome in the front entrance!
It warmed up later in the morning and it started to snow during lunch and into the afternoon.
It is currently -2 at 4:40 pm and looking like a winter wonderland.
